Well, due to further demand we've started building more workshops, with the first one nearly complete: 348ft². Click here to see the lads hard at work! We've a further 5 workshops at the planning stage to follow, all of a similar size. As usual, all our workshops will come completely fitted out to include CATe5 internal cabling and telephone/broadband connectivity, electricity and if required, furniture and bespoke fittings.

Next area to be developed out is a 3,853ft² space. At present we've already agreed to construct a purpose built unit within this space for a company who are soon to join us (watch out for the announcement). Their area will be "made to measure" so to speak, ensuring that they get exactly what their organisation needs.

As firm plans have yet to be drawn up in regards to the remaining 3,300ft² space, we are very open to enquiries: so if your company, or a company you know of, has the need for an office or a workshop, why don't you get in touch, come down and visit us and see what we can do for your organisation.
